WORST experience of my life! *I left in tears with a fully red face that was burning, swollen and peeled. This is not a reflection of the salon but only my experience with Sheetal. She took 45 mins to do a full face, during which she got wax on my lips and neck hair, and rather than cleaning it off with oil or rubbing alcohol, she tried to PULL it off with a wax strip. After that didn't work and she saw I was in so much pain, she tried to peel it off with her hands. If it wasn't for her colleague stepping in to help her remove the wax properly, Sheetal would have caused more damage. I left in tears with a fully red face that was burning, swollen and peeled. She also coughed in my face multiple times. Such an unprofessional, ill-mannered woman should not be working at a salon. The wait time was also ridiculous - over 45 minutes wait just to sit there for another 45 minutes for the worst service I've ever received. If you go to the Brow Spa, prpare to be there for a while and avoid Sheetal at all costs!

Love the people here! I got a Brazilian wax with Angie and she was amazing and made me feel soo comfortable and helped me through it. Will be coming back :)
